Find Your Starting Point

Most drivers begin with Performance School. You may qualify to start at Advanced School if you have:

  • Completed the former Primal 3-Day School
  • Completed the current 2-Day Performance School
  • An active SCCA or NASA novice/full competition license
  • Completed an accredited racing school within the past year

Common Questions

What should I bring?

Dress for the forecast. Layers help with changing Georgia weather.

  • Closed-toe, close-fitting athletic shoes or driving shoes. No heels, boots, or bulky soles.
  • Personal racing gloves or driving shoes are welcome.
  • Personal Snell SA2020+ helmet with compatible HANS anchor posts, if you have one.
  • Your own race suit or HANS device, if you prefer.
  • Non-polarized sunglasses. Rental helmets use clear visors.
  • Personal gear is welcome but not required where Primal supplies the necessary equipment.

What happens after Competition School?

Continue toward SCCA licensing and Primal race programs when cleared.
